Return and Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns: You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Non-returnable items: Perishable goods, custom products, and digital downloads cannot be returned.

Exchanges: We offer exchanges for defective or damaged products.

Shipping returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
